Rachael has always been a foodie at heart. She believes in fostering a positive relationship with food for everyday life and is passionate about guiding people to make realistic and uncomplicated nutritional choices for themselves.
Rachael’s focus is on whole foods that are enjoyable, nutrient dense and easy to prepare and she helps people to achieve this within their own situations.
Her dietetic passion can be found in women’s health, reproductive health, pregnancy, postpartum, lactation, child and adolescent health. She has experience working with people with cardiovascular disease, disordered eating, gastrointestinal disorders, food allergies, ageing and frailty and enthusiastically practices a ‘non-diet approach’.
Outside of work, you will find her soaking up the sunlight in the ‘1000 hours outside’ challenge with her children, exploring new local cafes, and dabbling in various self-improvement activities.
